A strong emphasis will be placed on Water collection and management. Housing that is geared towards sustainability and environmental impact. Agricultural initiatives will be implemented to help the most underserved parts of our communities have access to fresh fruits and vegetables. Land conservation and management will focus on redeveloping blighted parts of communities and putting to use land that has been neglected and abused. Energy conservation and renewable energy production will be taken advantage of at every opportunity.
Most folks consider affordable housing as an eye sore and are hesitant to permit any form into their neighborhoods and communities. I have every intention of completely changing the perception of what affordable housing can look like. Easier said than done but it’s worth attempting.
